(“LYN”) and you regarding the use of the service offered at LYN’s Website (the “Website”). Your use of the Website constitutes an agreement with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy (together, the “Terms”).

The Website enables individuals seeking information about LYN to provide resources to donors on making informed philanthropic decisions, to provide potential recipients with information about receiving benefits, and to provide additional related resources. LYN plays no role in the interaction between individuals or businesses, or other Nonprofits featured or listed on the Website. The Website and services are neither offered nor intended as a replacement for professional or legal advice.

You understand and agree that problems concerning the services received by individuals or concerning payment due are not LYN’s responsibility.

Applicable Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of this Website shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, Pinellas County, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

 

Not Partners

Nothing in this Agreement makes either party the partner, joint venturer, agent, legal representative, employer, contractor, or employee of the other. This Agreement will be binding on and will inure to the benefit of the legal representatives, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto.
